- Brautwurst - A popular and economical grilled, large, white veal or brown pork sausage

- Weiner Schnitzel - Schnitzel is a term used for breaded cutlet. The weiner is
the veal variety prepared in the Viennese style.
- Wurstsalat - Sausage salad with pasta or vegetables in a mayonnaise sauce,
similar to tuna salad.
